Scientific and pedagogical workers and educationalists of the Department of Finance took part in a publicity session on the topic “Analysis of changes in tax legislation and current Submission practice", which was published on February 12, 2026 in online format on the ZOOM platform. The approach is professionally and practically direct and dedicated to a comprehensive analysis of current changes in the tax legislation in 2026, as well as the current practice of its stagnation. The organizer of the visit was the Committee of Auditors of Ukraine Photo1 The closing speaker was Doctor of Economic Sciences, professor, auditor Katerina Proskura, who thoroughly revealed the problematic aspects of taxation and gave practical recommendations for introducing taxation in the minds of permanent legislative changes.
Among the programs, a detailed look was taken at the supply of taxes on the income of enterprises, the adjustment of financial results, the specifics of transactions with non-residents, the form of permanent and rotating financial assistance, write-off of assets inheritance of military actions, royalty payments and income of non-residents. I appreciate the current individual consultations and their practice. A separate block of assignments to the tax on the added value: the specifics of the designated minimum tax base, budgetary withdrawal, the increased registration of tax invoices, the increased value of the maximum allowance for certain operations, as well as innovations related to the defense and energy spheres.
Changes in the field of simplified taxation system, new dimensions of a single tax, exchange of types of activities, improvement of quarterly reporting and current clarification of traffic police are also reviewed.
The participation of the Department of Finance in such a phase corresponds to a shift in the level of scientific and pedagogical activity, a new replacement of initial disciplines, in line with current changes in legislation and stronger practical warehouse training for workers in the field of finance and supply.
