The main results of the study were:

  • Integrated financial management model: a model for managing the finances of tourism entities based on a combination of value-oriented management, sustainable development, and stakeholder management concepts was proposed;
  • Adaptation to wartime conditions: theoretical and methodological foundations for financial management of tourism enterprises were substantiated, taking into account current risks and digital tools;
  • Economic analysis: the author noted the significant potential of the industry — in the first half of 2025, representatives of the tourism sector paid more than UAH 1.6 billion in taxes to the state budget, which is 30% more than in 2024;
  • Evaluation of the effectiveness of financial management of tourism enterprises: the methodological approach has been improved using an information and analytical panel of key financial indicators;
  • Strategic aspect: an approach to strategy formation has been developed, taking into account the economic, social, and environmental results of the enterprise's activities;
  • Theoretical development: the conceptual framework has been refined and the interests of stakeholders in the financial management system of tourism enterprises have been generalized.
  • Innovation: an information and analytical panel has been developed that integrates ESG approaches and sustainable development goals into the financial management system.

Based on the research results, 10 scientific articles were published in professional journals in Ukraine, and 15 abstracts were presented at international and national scientific and practical conferences.

Postgraduate student Mykyta Chernyshov presented the results of his research on “Improving the bank's financial security management system.” The research was supervised by V. P. Levchenko, Doctor of Economics, Professor.

Key research results:

  • Innovative model: the author developed a conceptual “five-petal model,” which is the foundation for forming a new level of financial security management in turbulent conditions.
  • Assessment components: the model is based on an analysis of profitability (ROA, ROE), liquidity, capital adequacy, loan repayment rates, and customer loyalty;
  • Practical implementation: theoretical conclusions and scientific and practical recommendations were directly implemented in the activities of Oschadbank JSC.
  • Testing: the results were published in four scientific articles in professional journals and tested at 13 scientific and practical conferences.

Based on the results of the extended meeting of the department, both dissertations were noted for their high scientific novelty and practical significance. The presented works were recommended for the next stage—defense in one-time specialized academic councils.
