CREATIVE VICTORY AND PROFESSIONAL RECOGNITION FOR KNUTD FACULTY AT THE 26TH INTERNATIONAL CONTEST "UKRAINE UNITES THE WORLD"

Representatives of the Department of Performing Arts and Culture of the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design participated in the 26th Online Two-Stage International Contest "Ukraine Unites the World". The event was held with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine and the "Ukraine Unites the World" Charitable Foundation, bringing together professional artists and creative youth to promote national culture.

According to the international jury's evaluation, Yuliia Makhotina, the leading accompanist of the department, won the highest award of the contest — the Grand Prix. She competed in the "Professionals" category under the "Composer, Author-Performer" nomination. The awarded diploma recognizes her high level of performance, professional training, and the originality of her creative approach, meeting international standards of artistic excellence. Yuliia Volodymyrivna’s success is a significant contribution to the development of the university's creative potential and a demonstration of the high qualification level of its staff.

Additionally, Vira Volodymyrivna Burnazova, the Head of the Department of Performing Arts and Culture, was honored with a Letter of Appreciation from the contest's organizing committee for her fruitful and dedicated work, significant personal contribution to the development of social culture, and years of aesthetic education of youth. This recognition of leadership underscores the importance of the department's systematic scientific and pedagogical efforts in training specialists for the creative industries and maintaining professional standards in the field of arts.
