On March 27, 2026, the final events of the Ukrainian Student Advertising Festival took place. It is one of the largest specialized events in Ukraine, bringing together students from various higher education institutions. Its main goal is to develop practical skills in advertising, creativity, and strategic communications, as well as to create opportunities for the professional growth of future marketers.
For the second consecutive year, KFC Ukraine served as the general partner of the festival, actively supporting young talents and engaging students in solving real marketing challenges. The USFR program included a series of master classes delivered by leading industry experts.
Diana Bilous, Digital Marketing Manager at KFC Ukraine, spoke about engaging audiences through new applications. Oleksiy Lisovskyi, Director and Founder of Prioritet Group, shared examples of advertising failures and ways to avoid them. Anastasiia Lipanova, CMO of KFC Ukraine, presented case studies of the “Big Menu” and “KFC Velyki” advertising campaigns. Anna Ostapenko, CEO of Media First Ukraine, and Anastasiia Zaitseva, Creative Director at Better Svit, introduced participants to modern professions in the advertising industry. Mykhailo Petrusiak, Creative Group Head at Saatchi & Saatchi Ukraine, shared his professional experience in the creative field.


Attention was drawn to the nomination from the general partner, KFC Ukraine: «Development of an advertising campaign to position KFC as a space for self-expression for Generation Z and creators». This task required participants to demonstrate a deep understanding of youth audiences and current communication trends.
Students of the Department of Marketing at KNUTD demonstrated outstanding results.
The winner of the partner nomination from KFC Ukraine was Sofia Baieva (BMR-2-24), who received the main award, including a cash prize, a trophy, and a first-degree diploma. Her project was highly praised by the jury for its creativity and relevance to current communication trends.
Second place in the «Video Advertising» nomination was awarded to Oleksandra Nytsak (BMRD-1-24).
The participation of students majoring in 075 “Marketing” once again confirmed their high level of training and competitiveness among leading universities in Ukraine.
Overall, the 20th Ukrainian Student Advertising Festival became a remarkable event that not only highlighted the achievements of young creators but also outlined new directions for the development of advertising and marketing education in Ukraine. Participation in such events enables students to work with real briefs, receive expert feedback, and build a professional portfolio during their studies.
