The awarding of winners as well as the students participating in the Eco-Quest organized by KNUTD took place recently.

For the second year the Eco-Quest is organized by the Eco-Club of KNUTD with the support of the Department of Technological Safety, Heat and Mass Transfer Processes as well as the Student’s self-government. The event aims to acquaint the first-year students with the campus, emplacement of departments and dean offices as well as draw their attention to environmental issues, healthy lifestyle, at the same time uniting the active youth.

This year's Eco-Quest was attended by over than 70 first-year students, and they formed 8 teams.

The two teams won the first place: «Los Ingobernables», Faculty of Business and Law as well as «Green way», Faculty of Design. The Pro-Rector for Research and Education and International Affairs Dr. Vitaliy Chaban handed certificates to the captains of winners and participating teams.

The volunteers who helped to organize and conduct the Eco-Quest were honored as well. Dean of the Faculty of Mechatronics and Computer Technologies Dr. Nikolay Zenkin awarded them with certificates of merit.

The Eco-Club expresses its gratitude to the University Administration for the support in all activities held in the field of environmental education.
