ACADEMIC MOBILITY FOR HIGHER EDUCATION APPLICANTS

The University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar announces an internal call for incoming student mobility (studies/internship) under the Erasmus+ KA171 program within the project 2025-1-HR01-KA171-HED-000334903. https://www.vevu.hr/i-internal-call-for-incoming-erasmus-ka171-student-mobility-project-2025-ka171/

Mobility period:
Summer semester 2025/2026 or winter semester 2026/2027.

Financial support:

€800/month + travel costs + optional additional expenses.

Student application deadline: December 15, 2025, by 12:00 (noon)

University nominations deadline: December 17, 2025, by 12:00 (noon)

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Be enrolled at Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design in a second-cycle (Master’s) higher education program from the first semester of study;
  • Have an average academic grade of at least 75 (C/Good) on a 100-point scale;
  • Have English language proficiency at level B2;
  • The current study program must be compatible with the study program at the host institution;
  • Have no academic debts;
  • Have a recommendation for participation in the competitive selection from the relevant department and faculty/institute (extract from the department meeting);

Application Package:

To participate in the selection for the summer semester 2025/2026 or winter semester 2026/2027, candidates must submit the following documents to the selection committee of their faculty/institute:

1.1. Scan of international passport;
1.2. Resume / CV (Europass format);
1.3. Extract from the individual study plan (indicating absence of academic debts);

1.4. Certificate confirming English language proficiency (B2). Preference will be given to official certificates such as TOEFL, IELTS, PLIDA, etc. In the absence of a certificate, your English level will be assessed during the selection committee meeting;

1.5. Motivation letter in English (maximum 1 A4 page);

1.6. Learning agreement for studies at the University of Applied Sciences “Lavoslav Ružička” in Vukovar, approved by the student and faculty mobility coordinator. (The course list must be pre-approved by the dean’s office to ensure partial or full recognition of selected academic components).

2. Application Form

All documents must be properly completed and submitted in full. Any documents submitted after the deadline will not be accepted for consideration.
