Students participating in the activity must be full-time students. Bachelor’s students: a minimum score of 72/100 for the most recent semester;

First-year students: a high school graduation GPA of at least 75/100.

Student selection will be carried out based on the announced evaluation criteria and the weighted scores to be calculated as specified below. Applicants will be ranked from the highest to the lowest score within the quotas allocated to each unit, and the main and reserve lists will be announced accordingly. Based on these lists, Erasmus students will be selected within the quotas allocated by the budget. The evaluation criteria and weighted scores to be used in evaluating the applications for the 2024-2025 Academic Year Spring and Summer Term Erasmus+ Program Student Short-Term Doctoral Internship Mobility Announcement are as follows:

A student can benefit from the Erasmus+ study activity for up to 12 months within the same educational level (bachelor's).

Students who decide to withdraw from the Erasmus mobility, even after being selected, must submit a withdrawal letter within 7 days of the announcement of the selection results.
