Each paper may have one student author and one mentor.
Journal Description
SKEI is an international interdisciplinary journal targeting researchers and practitioners. The journal publishes articles that contribute to theoretical, methodological, and empirical findings in the complex field of economics.
Papers may include quantitative or qualitative analyses, syntheses of previous research, and discussions of open issues in specific areas of socio-economic practice.
Research at various levels of analysis is accepted.
Areas Covered:
- Social Sciences: economics, business economics and entrepreneurship, law, sociology, psychology
- Interdisciplinary Natural Sciences: biomedicine and health, information and communication sciences, technical sciences
AUTHOR GUIDELINES
- The paper should be written in Microsoft Word for Windows.
- Table or figure titles should be placed above, using Times New Roman, 12 pt.
- Source information is placed below, in Times New Roman, 10 pt.
- Page format: A4, 1.15 line spacing (including footnotes and references).
- Each paper must include:
- Abstract (up to 300 words)
- Up to 5 keywords
- The abstract should reflect the essence of the work (including methodological info) and its results.
- The abstract must be placed after the title, be clear, written in third person and in English.
- The title page must include:
- Title of the paper
- Author’s name
- Academic title
- Institution name
- Position
- Section headings: UPPERCASE, Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold
- Subheadings: Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold
- Text: Times New Roman, 12 pt
- Figures must be in their original graphic format.
- Structure your paper using IMRAD:
- Introduction
- Methodology
- Results
- Analysis
- Discussion or Conclusion
- The paper must be no longer than 16 pages, including the reference list.
- The reference list must be at the end, include all sources cited in the text, and be alphabetically ordered by the authors’ last names.
- Preferably use recent sources (last 2–5 years). Older sources should be used only if they are classic or foundational literature.
- All cited sources must be relevant to the paper's topic. Avoid irrelevant or general references.
- The number of sources should be between 20 and 30, with a balance between domestic and international literature.
