The purpose of the scientific club: development of students' competencies in cross-cultural management and business communication for the effective management of hospitality facilities; the course aims to provide students with the practical knowledge and tools necessary for the effective management of hospitality facilities, including hotels, restaurants, leisure facilities, etc. Participants will gain experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, organizing cultural events, and customer service management, allowing them to successfully develop in their professional field and meet the requirements of the modern hospitality industry.

Main tasks: creating conditions for the creative, intellectual, spiritual, and physical development of students in their free time; involvement of students in research activities, and participation in scientific and business projects, conferences, and competitions; organizing and conducting scientific research on topical issues of cross-cultural management and business communication in the hospitality industry; conducting joint research with the participation of teachers, students and business representatives; establishing cooperation with hospitality industry professionals to exchange experience and organize masterclasses and lectures; participation in webinars, excursions and other forms of practical training in hospitality facilities to consolidate theoretical knowledge in practice.

Topics of scientific research of the student club:

сross-cultural management in the context of hospitality; communication strategies in the hospitality industry (analysis of effective communication methods and strategies used in hotels, restaurants, and other hospitality establishments); conflict management in the hospitality industry (study of the causes of conflicts between staff and customers and methods of their effective resolution. Modeling situations and studying strategies for resolving conflicts in the hospitality sector, considering cultural differences and specific customer requests); development of creative thinking in hospitality (studying approaches to stimulating creativity in managing cultural events in hospitality).
