The purpose of the scientific club is to involve first-year students in scientific research, create conditions for the development of their own creativity in creating innovative projects using modern achievements of physical science, and develop competence in creating a symbiosis of scientific research and design activities. Main tasks: demonstration of the physical nature of most illusions, both in nature and in artificial conditions; reproduction of natural phenomena in the laboratory and their transformation into elements of design objects; application of the results of modern scientific research in the field of nanotechnology to create materials with specified physical and operational properties; preparation of start-ups for various competitions; visualisation of physical processes and phenomena using computer graphics. The topics of the student group's research include: light effects in design, modern laser technologies, innovative optical technologies, surface effects when applying layers with nanoparticles, creating multimedia demonstrations of complex physical phenomena, modern eco-friendly materials and their implementation in design objects.
