The purpose of the scientific club: to develop competencies in interdisciplinary approach in research work, including the ability to independently produce, present, and defend scientific findings in a logical and rational manner. Main tasks: to introduce students to the linguistic and cultural realities of the globalized world; to develop the ability to establish intercultural dialogue in a foreign-language environment; to promote the development of creative scientific thinking; to improve the skills of independent knowledge acquisition; to deepen the skills of critical analysis, evaluation and systematization of theoretical sources and practical observations; to develop the ability to compare the available facts and draw conclusions. Scientific research topics of the student club: the influence of Latin on the formation and development of Indo-European languages, lexical and grammatical dynamics of Ukrainian, English and Italian, sociolinguistic language interactions, cross-cultural linguistic context of the globalized digitalized environment.
