On 06.02.2025, an online meeting of the student club took place. The topic of the meeting was:
"Causes of Conflicts Between Staff and Clients and Methods for Their Effective Resolution."
The club members discussed the following issues:
- the main factors that provoke conflicts in the hotel and restaurant business;
- methods for quick response and effective communication techniques;
- best practices for conflict management and maintaining customer-oriented service.
Students participated in an engaging business game where they simulated real conflict situations between clients and staff. Participants practiced various conflict resolution scenarios and received feedback from their instructors.
