The members of the “Biotechnologist” student club recently had an excellent opportunity to visit Ukrstarch LLC in the city of Yahotyn. The excursion was exceptionally informative and well-organized. Students and faculty members were introduced to the company’s laboratories, where auxiliary operations essential for lysine production are carried out. The management of the enterprise delivered a brief lecture on the importance of lysine production in Ukraine and provided an overview of the industrial-scale production process. Following the lecture, the guests were given the opportunity to explore the large-scale production facilities firsthand, with detailed explanations of each technological stage.

This visit served as a valuable opportunity for students to witness how the knowledge acquired at the University is applied in real-world practice.
