On May 28, 2025, the final ceremonial meeting of the scientific club “Clean Environment – Future of the Country” took place. The topic of the meeting: "Biodiversity preservation in Ukraine". The meeting was held in an interactive format: together, we solved quizzes on the natural diversity of Ukraine. Student Dmytro Barkov demonstrated the best result of the interactive test and was awarded a valuable gift.

Throughout the academic year, students of the Faculty of Chemical and Biopharmaceutical Technologies, as part of the scientific club “Clean Environment – Future of the Country”, actively participated in scientific conferences, seminars, and symposiums. They held meetings with inspiring individuals, attended lectures by practicing professionals, conducted laboratory work, and visited enterprises and academic institutes.

The scientific research conducted by members of the club focused on developing technologies for recycling polymer waste and analyzing industrial wastewater. Our students also studied the basic principles of sustainable development and explored their implementation within the University’s operations. We took part in the celebration of Recycling Day and Environment Day. We hope these activities helped students with a passion for scientific research to identify potential research topics and define the objectives for their future master’s theses.

As a result of our work, four abstracts and one article were published in an international journal. Our students also participated in three international conferences held in L’viv and Chernihiv.
