During the spring of 2025, students at the Institute of Law and Modern Technologies of the KNUTD actively participated in the work of the scientific circle «Current Issues of Private Law» under the leadership of Associate Professor of the Department of Private and Public Law Koval O.M.

April 25, 2025 – «The Role of Innovation in Family Law: From Tradition to Modernity»;
May 23, 2025 – «The Impact of Globalization on Private Legal Relations».
The spring cycle of the group's meetings confirmed that modern private law is rapidly transforming under the influence of globalization, digital innovations, and social changes.
The group's participants showed deep interest in problems related to the latest challenges in the field of intellectual property, family, and international private law, proposed a few relevant solutions, and also demonstrated a high level of critical thinking and legal analysis.
