As part of the scientific club "Computer Engineering of Additive Technologies" work, the head of the research group, associate professor of the ICT department, Dmytro Novak, held a training on the design and assembly of a radiometer and a holder for LiFePO4 batteries.
During the training, modern approaches to designing and manufacturing components using additive technologies were discussed. Students were acquainted with the principles of operation and design of the radiometer, features of designing housing parts for electronic devices, and methods of 3D modeling and preparation of models for printing.

Special attention was given to the practical aspects of designing and preparing models for 3D printing. We discussed material selection, design optimization, and product reliability.

The acquired knowledge and skills will open the students' perspectives in designing and manufacturing electronic devices and prototyping using additive technologies. Participants received theoretical training and practical skills in working with modern design and manufacturing technologies, which significantly increases their competitiveness in the labor market. These relevant skills can become the basis for further research and professional development.
