On August 21, 2025, the Department of Philology and held a regular meeting of the scientific club “Vocational Training and Foreign Language Communication.” The meeting was dedicated to the topic “Global Trends in Vocational Education: The Language of Innovation”.
The head of the club, Associate Professor Kseniia Kugai, opened the session and emphasized that the modern world requires future specialists not only to possess professional knowledge but also to be able to work effectively in a global environment.
The participants discussed how innovations influence the development of vocational training and which language competencies are essential for effective integration into the international educational and professional space.
The role of the English language as a key tool of intercultural and professional communication was also considered.
Special attention was given to how digitalization, artificial intelligence, and global educational initiatives are shaping new requirements for students’ preparation.
Students shared examples of using innovative platforms and online tools for learning and professional development.
The meeting provided an opportunity to compare Ukrainian and international experiences in the field of vocational training.
The participants concluded that the language of innovation is a universal means of uniting specialists from different fields and nations.
The session took place in an atmosphere of open dialogue and creative search for new ideas to enhance the educational process.
Following the meeting, student Valeriia Khomenko (group BAM1-22) prepared a manuscript for the article “Slogans in modern marketing: from emotional impact to brand identity formation”.
