On September 18, 2025, students of the «European Cosmeceuticals» educational and professional program together with the head of the scientific circle “Fundamentals of Cosmetology”, Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, associate professor Olena Roik, visited the opening of the 23rd International Beauty Industry Exhibition InterCHARM-Ukraine 2025, which took place at the International Exhibition Center in Kyiv.

The students were particularly interested in the UNIKS exhibition, which featured the Milky Dream, Nature Code, and Trendy brands. Various events took place at the stand, including prize draws, consultations, and practical master classes.

Students of the European Cosmeceuticals program had the opportunity to participate in two separate practical activities from UNIKS:

• A master class on making shower gel, during which students learned about the specifics of selecting basic ingredients and the technology for preparing mild detergents;
• A master class on aromatic compositions, where they independently combined scent notes to create their own fragrances and learned about the principles of building a perfume pyramid.

This interactive format allowed the students to feel like real technologists and understand how knowledge of chemistry, pharmaceutical technology, and cosmetology is applied in practice.

The experience gained was an important addition to the learning process and clearly demonstrated the connection between theoretical knowledge and current trends in the cosmetics industry.
