On September 22, 2025, a meeting of the scientific circle «Ukrainian Language in Professional Communication» was held at the Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design on the topic «Speech etiquette – the basis of successful professional activity», with the aim of providing practical assistance to students in increasing the general level of speech culture, in particular, improving the communicative skills and abilities of speakers. The leader of the circle is I. Ya. Dzyra, prof. Department of Philology and Translation, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Doctor of Historical Sciences. The meeting was attended by students of groups BIT-1–24 and BA–24, who, based on the conducted questionnaire, characterized the level of compliance with speech etiquette among the student youth of KNUTD. The participants mastered the rules of speech ethics in practice and learned the paradigm of speech formulas used in standard etiquette situations. The students of the scientific circle also got acquainted with the rules of speech etiquette as a guarantee of successful professional activity.

Based on the results of the meeting, a report «Comparative сharacteristic of the use of the etiquette language formula paradigm in the languages of the indigenous peoples of Ukraine» is being prepared for the XI International Scientific Conference «Dialogue of Cultures in the European Educational Space».
