Development of any project requires time, persistence, and a systematic approach. It involves idea generation, action planning, analysis of strengths and weaknesses, calculation of financial costs for implementation, market research, business model development, preparation of an investor presentation, and product promotion strategy.

At the beginning of the current academic year, members of the student research club began developing the “Flexi Hand” – a startup project aimed at creating an innovative solution that combines technology, service, and creativity to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities.

Participation in such a project promotes the development of entrepreneurial thinking, teamwork, effective communication, and leadership skills, which are essential components of training modern professionals.

To refine the final concept, club members held multiple discussions both online and offline to ensure the submission of a high-quality startup for the competition.
