The Department of Performing Arts and Culture of the Kyiv National University of Culture and Design held another meeting of the student research group “Stage Dialogue.” Under the guidance of the head of the department, Vira Burnazova, the October meeting was entirely devoted to the topic that is currently of greatest concern to students: intensive preparation for the International Two-Round Multi-Genre Remote Arts Festival and Competition “Starry Space,” which will take place on November 26, 2025, in Kyiv.
This event was organized as part of the club's main objectives, which include the formation and development of professional and performing competencies of higher education students majoring in 026 Performing Arts, through the introduction of innovative technologies and the development of performing independence. For vocalists who aspire to conquer the “Starry Space,” these aspects are critically important.

This time, the key topic of discussion was “Innovative technologies and scientific foundations for the development of independent performance in vocal art,” with a focus on the “Star Space” competition. Based on the topics of the club's scientific research, the participants focused on analyzing strategies and searching for creative approaches that would ensure success in the upcoming competition.
In particular, aspects that directly affect vocal and stage training were discussed in detail. Namely, the impact of innovative technologies on vocal and speech training in the process of stage performance. The discussion focused on the use of modern software tools for voice analysis, diction improvement, and work on timbre and intonation. Methods for the successful use of stage space and overcoming stage fright were also discussed. Particular attention was paid to the psychological aspects of the interaction between the actor-vocalist and the audience and jury in the context of the latest technological solutions, and how to maintain an emotional connection with the listener in a remote format. What techniques help to cope with stress and maximize one's potential during the competition program?
The club meeting was an important step in preparing for the “Star Space” competition, providing students with valuable theoretical knowledge and practical recommendations. This direction of discussion confirms that the club's activities effectively integrate a scientific approach into the creative process, developing students' analytical thinking, research skills, and ability for creative self-realization on the path to success in the world of vocal art.
“Your path to success begins now!” – this is the slogan of the “Star Space” competition, which became the main theme of the October meeting of the “Stage Dialogue” club.
