The purpose of the scientific group: to help students develop a scientific and psychological worldview, as well as practical skills of self-awareness and self-regulation necessary for building effective interpersonal relationships and achieving harmonious personal and professional fulfillment.

Main tasks:

1. Formation of a scientific and psychological worldview and critical thinking.
2. Development of self-awareness and self-reflection skills.
3. Identifying psychological factors that influence the effectiveness of interpersonal relationships.
4. Developing personal qualities that contribute to harmonious personal and professional development.

• Psychological resources of the personality in conditions of uncertainty.
• Strategies for developing emotional intelligence.
• The relationship between self-esteem and professional fulfillment.
• Studying the balance between study, work, and personal life.
