KNUTD Theater Studio gives talented young people of our university growth in the area of performing arts. The studio creates scripts and implements them on the stages of the university and at the All-Ukrainian festivals, performances, flash mobs and other events. It reveals each participant’s creativity, provides the opportunity to try themselves in the world of theater both with professional actors and beginners. The studio collaborates closely with other groups and contemporary playwrights.

Our achievements:

• participation in an international project at the Center for Hellenistic Studies at Harvard University, the Antigone project;
• city festival «VGB Fest», which was attended by city leaders and international representatives;
• open night of the play by the modern playwright Neda Nezhdana «Agreement with an Angel»;
• cooperation with the University named after B. Hrinchenko - performance of «Frameworks»;
• production of Polish modern drama «Mr. Hanger»;
• our students took part in the organization of the All-Ukrainian theater festival «Free Stage», which took place within the European Cultural Center «Krakow»;
• participation in the filming of the flash mob «Public Budget»;
• joint production with the Theater of Modern Drama and Comedy «Evenings on a farm near Dykanka».
