The mission is to promote the educational services of KNUTD for foreign higher education students, applicants, and partners in the international labour market and educational services.

The goal is to develop international cooperation between KNUTD and higher education institutions of the People’s Republic of China and improve the quality of training of foreign higher education students from the People’s Republic of China.

The main tasks of the IIAMC are:

- facilitate the organization and conduct of the KNUTD admission campaign for the enrollment of higher education students under academic mobility programs in the PRC;

- organization, coordination, planning, and control of educational activities to ensure that higher education under academic mobility programs is provided to Chinese higher education applicants under cooperation agreements between KNUTD and Chinese educational institutions;

- control over the implementation by the structural units of the University of the agreements on international mobility, training, and exchange with higher education institutions and organizations of the PRC signed by the University;

- search for international partners and organizations in the field of education and science and preparation for the conclusion of international agreements with them.
