About the Exhibition Center “Art Space”

The exhibition center of Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design “Art Space” is a cultural environment, a platform of self-expression and freedom, a place where ideas, inspiration, and emotions are exchanged, where teachers and education seekers present their creative achievements and talents.

The uniqueness of the artistic space is its multifacetedness, a special way of conveying impressions, thoughts, and information that does not require translators into any language of the world.

Each of the visitors to our art space experiences their creative essence in the world of art and culture.

	PERSONAL EXHIBITION OF SWIATOSLAW PODLEWSKI "ANTI-ANTHROPIC" 07.10–30.10.2024 Opening on 7 October 2024 at 11:20 a.m. in the exhibition centre of KNUTD ‘Art Space’. The exhibition centre 'Art Space of KNUTD' presents a personal exhibition, "Floral Fairyland" by Alla Osadcha, Doctor of Philosophy in Design, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Graphic Design, Kyiv National University of Technologies and Design. The artworks presented at the exhibition, created at different times and in various techniques, represent one of the aspects of the talented artist's long and diverse creative activity. This vibrant creative project allows connoisseurs of contemporary art to 'break away' from the complex realities of our military present and plunge into the vivid world of the artist's imagination, at least for the exhibition's duration.

	INGA YERMAK’S PERSONAL EXHIBITION “MOSAIC OF IMPRESSIONS” 03.09–22.09.2024 р. Opening – on September 3, 2024, at 11:20 in the KNUTD Exhibition Center “Art Space” The Exhibition Center “Art Space of KNUTD” presents the personal exhibition “Mosaic of Impressions” by Inga Yermak, Associate Professor of the Department of Digital Art. The works of art were made in different years, using various techniques and they reflect the author’s emotions, experiences and impressions.
	EXHIBITION "THE ART OF DESIGN AND GARMENT MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY" OF THE CREATIVE WORKS BY STUDENTS OF THE FACULTY OF DESIGN AND THE FACULTY OF ARTS AND FASHION KNUTD 19.06-19.07.2024 Opening - on June 19, 2024 at 11:20 in the exhibition center of KNUTD "Art Space". The exhibition presents a wide range of aesthetically expressive clothing models and their collections of various silhouette, three-dimensional forms and style, color and graphic solutions made of textiles, fur, leather, etc. The students’ creative works, made in material and with the use of digital technologies, impress with their color palette and detail, evoke a sense of sublimity, and delight with the expressiveness of unusual shapes, using successful Ukrainian and foreign artistic practices.

	THE OPENING CEREMONY OF THE EXHIBITION CENTER "ART SPACE" On March 1, 2023, KNUTD held the grand opening of the "Art Space" Exhibition Center (4th building of the University, 2 Nemyrovych-Danchenko St.). Ivan Hryshchenko, Rector of KNUTD, Professor, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, started the official opening. "This is a space where students and teachers can share their achievements, show their results. Every month we present an exhibition of a new artist from our University, then we will offer a platform for other aspiring artists from Kyiv. Today is the first step and we will continue. For the sake of our victory, for the sake of our Ukraine. All together to victory!" - noted Ivan Hryshchenko.
